لَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَءُوفٌ رَحِيمٌ
নিশ্চয় তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত তোমালোকৰ মাজৰ পৰাই(أَنْفُسِكُمْ) এজন ৰাছুল আহিছে, তোমালোকৰ যি দুখ-কষ্ট হয় তেওঁ তাৰ বাবে বৰ মনোকষ্ট পায়। তেওঁ তোমালোকৰ মঙ্গলকামী, মুমিনসকলৰ প্ৰতি তেওঁ কৰুণাশীল আৰু অতি দয়ালু।

9:128 - Surely, a rasul has come unto you from your own nafs(أَنْفُسِهِمْ); grievous to him is that you should fall into trouble; he is ardently desirous of your welfare; and to the believers he is compassionate,

আল্লাহে মুমিনসকলৰ প্ৰতি অৱশ্যে অনুগ্ৰহ কৰিছে যে, তেওঁ সিহঁতৰ মাজৰ(أَنْفُسِهِمْ) পৰাই সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত এজন ৰাছুল পঠিয়াইছে, যিজনে তেওঁৰ আয়াতসমূহ সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত তিলাৱাত কৰে, সিহঁতক পৰিশুদ্ধ কৰে লগতে কিতাব আৰু হিকমতৰ শিক্ষা দিয়ে, যদিও সিহঁতে ইয়াৰ আগত স্পষ্ট বিভ্ৰান্তিত আছিল।

3:164 - Indeed, Allah has done the believers a ˹great˺ favour by raising a rasul from their nafs — reciting to them His ayats, purifying them, and teaching them the book and wisdom. For indeed they had previously been clearly astray.

كَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا فِيكُمْ رَسُولًا مِنْكُمْ يَتْلُو عَلَيْكُمْ آيَاتِنَا وَيُزَكِّيكُمْ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمْ مَا لَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْلَمُونَ
যেনেকৈ আমি তোমালোকৰ মাজৰ পৰা() তোমালোকৰ ওচৰতেই এজন ৰাছুল প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছো, যিজনে তোমালোকৰ ওচৰত আমাৰ আয়াতসমূহ তিলাৱত কৰে, আৰু তোমালোকক পৰিশুদ্ধ কৰে আৰু তোমালকক কিতাব ও হিকমতৰ শিক্ষা দিয়ে, এনে শিক্ষা দিয়ে যিটো তোমালোকে জনা নাছিলা।

2:151: Just as We have sent in you a rasul from yourselves reciting to you Our ayats and purifying you and teaching you al-kitab and wisdom and teaching you that which you did not know.

وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا بِلِسَانِ قَوْمِهِ لِيُبَيِّنَ لَهُمْ ۖ فَيُضِلُّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
আৰু আমি প্ৰতিজন ৰাছুলক তেওঁৰ স্ব-জাতিৰ ভাষাতেই প্ৰেৰণ কৰিছো, যাতে তেওঁ সিহঁতৰ ওচৰত স্পষ্টৰূপে ব্যাখ্যা কৰিব পাৰে, তাৰ পিছতো আল্লাহে যাক ইচ্ছা বিভ্ৰান্ত কৰে আৰু যাক ইচ্ছা সৎপথত পৰিচালিত কৰে আৰু তেওঁ পৰাক্ৰমশালী, প্ৰজ্ঞাময়।

14.4 And We have not sent from rasulin / inner voice (that deliver the message to clarify for them) except with lisani / language of his qaum / group of thoughts. So Allah astrays to who wills and guides to who wills and He is the Aziz / Noble / Potent, the Hakim / Wise.
14:4 - We have not sent a rasul except with the language of his qaum to clarify ˹the message˺ for them. Then Allah leaves whoever desires to stray and guides whoever desires. And He is the Almighty, All-Wise.

بَشِيرًا وَنَذِيرًا فَأَعْرَضَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُونَ
সুসংবাদদাতা আৰু সতৰ্ককাৰী। তথাপিও সিহঁতৰ সৰহভাগেই মুখ ঘূৰাই লৈছে। সেয়ে সিহঁতে নুশুনিব।
✔️Correct translation:
41:44 - And if We had made it a foreign language Qur'an, they would have said, "Why are its ayats are not explained in detail [in our language]? How it can be a foreign [ajmiyyoon] and a native [arabiyyoon]?" Say, "It is for those who believe, a guidance and cure." And those who do not believe - in their hearing is deafness, and it is upon them blindness. They are the ones who are being called from a far place [so they will never hear the call].
(আর যদি আমি একে বিদেশী ভাষায় কুরআন করতাম, তাহলে তারা বলত, "এর আয়াতগুলো [আমাদের ভাষায়] বিস্তারিতভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করা হয় না কেন? এটা কিভাবে বিদেশী [আজমিয়ুন] এবং স্থানীয় [আরবিয়ুন] হতে পারে?" বলো, "এটা তাদের জন্য যারা বিশ্বাস করে, হেদায়েত এবং আরোগ্য।" আর যারা বিশ্বাস করে না, তাদের শ্রবণশক্তি বধির এবং তাদের উপর অন্ধত্ব। তারাই সেইসব লোক যাদেরকে দূর থেকে ডাকা হচ্ছে [তাই তারা কখনও ডাক শুনতে পাবে না])।

Religious Meanings:
Rasul - A religious figure considered as prophet whose name was Mohammad, who spoke in Classical Arabic, who lived in Mecca around 570 CE and died in June 8 in the year 632 CE. and is buried in Madina a city in Saudi Arabia.
Arabic - العربية is a language of Middle East, the word العربية is a proper noun, definite article used for languages.
Quranan - قُرْءَانًا - The word is considered to be 114 Chapter Religious Book of Muslims, in Old Classical Arabic, not understood by very vast majority of Mankind.
Quranic and Classical Meaning:
Rasul - An inherent sensible inner voice within all of us who speaks clearly in our own native language (عَرَبِىٌّۭ), teaches us our inherent script (ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ), teaches us wisdom (ٱلْحِكْمَةَ), purifies you (يُزَكِّيكُمْ) - Most of us are not aware or rather ignorant of these humble voice of mohammad inside us, speaking, warning, guiding us at every moment.
Quranic Rasul is alive in us but we have killed / suppressed his voice in lieu for external voices of greed, insecurities, fear, glamour, ego, pride etc.
Rasul Allah - رسول الله is low voice of conscience (Allah)
Arabiyyan, arabiyyoon - عَرَبِىٌّۭ - عَرَبِيًّا ?
These words are not proper nouns or definite articles so they cannot be inferred as languages.
The linguistic and Qur'anic words arabiyyan and arabiyyoon contextually and linguistically means something which is crystal clear, articulate, easily pronounced and understood like our mother tongue or native language.
Quranan - قُرْءَانًا - Actually the quranic word quranan does not signify a book but it is a specific compilation of our own thoughts in our own language for the benefit for entire mankind. The Quran is the part of our script (al-kitab) which speaks to us, guide us, differentiate what is right from wrong and bring us out from darkness to light.
